Message Frequency
The frequency of SMS messages depends on your activity with Rapid Link Moving Services. Active clients with scheduled moves may receive 1-4 messages per week during their moving period. After service completion, message frequency may reduce to occasional promotional or informational messages unless you opt in for additional updates.
4 Message Content
All SMS messages from Rapid Link Moving Services will include:
- Clear identification of the message sender as Rapid Link Moving or a related company identifier
- The purpose or reason for the message
- Relevant details about your move, quote, or service request
- Instructions for responding, opting out, or obtaining additional information
- For automated messages: Instructions on how to reply "HELP" for more information or "STOP" to opt out
Message Length
Long messages may be automatically divided into multiple SMS segments. Each segment counts as one text message. While we try to consolidate information into fewer messages, specific details about your move may require multiple text messages.
5 Carrier Charges
Standard text message rates apply to SMS messages sent by and received from Rapid Link Moving Services. Depending on your wireless service plan and carrier, you may incur charges for each SMS message sent and received.
- Text message rates are determined by your wireless carrier and are subject to your individual mobile service plan
- Rapid Link Moving Services does not charge any additional fees for SMS communications
- If you receive SMS messages while traveling internationally, international roaming charges may apply
- Contact your wireless carrier if you have questions about your text messaging rates or plan limits
6 How to Opt Out
You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages from Rapid Link Moving Services at any time, without penalty or loss of any services or benefits you are otherwise entitled to receive.
Opt-Out Methods
- Reply STOP: Send a text message reply containing only the word "STOP" to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been removed from our SMS list

Timing of Opt-Out
Your opt-out request will be processed within one business day. However, you may receive one additional SMS message confirming your opt-out request. Opt-out requests may take up to 24 hours to process fully, and you may receive transactional messages (such as confirmation of your opt-out) after submitting your request.
Critical Notifications
